Fill out the online reservation form to borrow an iPad, including an iPad Pencil (if needed). Select your preferred pickup date at the library service counter. Reservations can be made up to 3 working days in advance.
iPad Reservation FormVisit the library service counter to borrow the iPad. Please present your student ID card or the We Mahidol Application. Each person may borrow one item for up to 30 days. (If you also borrow an iPad Pencil, it counts as an additional item).
You will receive 4 items: the iPad, case, adapter, and charging cable, including an iPad Pencil (if applicable). Please inspect the items before leaving the library and sign the iPad borrowing agreement to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions.

You can renew the iPad for another 30 days per renewal, up to 3 times (maximum of 120 days total). Renew online via the Self Renew Service. If you have any issues or questions, please contact the library service counter or call 02 201 5714, 5718 during office hours.
Before returning the iPad at the library service counter, please check its condition, delete all of your personal data and passwords, and log out of your Apple ID. After return, the library will reset and erase all data from the device. The library is not responsible for any lost or unrecoverable data, so please back up your files before returning the device.
Please handle the iPad and all accessories with care. Do not disassemble or remove any parts of the device or its accessories. You are fully responsible for any damages and will be required to compensate for any losses or repair costs.
